Omicron, Part II: Bitter Defeats, Epic Victories & Selfless Acts Summary
Genre: fiction/fantasy/sci-fi/action-adventure
Cerberus has seized control of the Merchant Planets, the Calabar Cluster, the Ashkelon System, and the Fiera System. Its focus now shifts to the remaining free planets in the three Core Systems.
The Last Alliance is executing strategic strikes against Cerberus to slow their progress and liberate enslaved planets. However, a rift has appeared between the regular fighting forces and the omicron warriors. Should internal division distract the two groups from the real threat or lead to a parting of ways, they will be easy prey for Cerberus spies and demon operators.
As Cerberus’s plan unfolds, the involvement of angels and demons becomes prominent. Evil’s eye is on many realms, not just mankind’s. Plots in the spiritual dimensions will be revealed. As the veil between seen and unseen tears, omicron warriors will accompany their guardians to attack strongholds of Darkness.
The Klein siblings and their companions are in the middle of the fight. Every mission increases their skill and maturity. By themselves, Elyse and Elam are worthy opponents to Cerberus. Together, though, none can withstand them.
Ancient fiends awake in the deepest dungeons. Darkness advances against heavenly realms as the arrival of the Alpha nears. Outcast spiritual warriors perform feats not before witnessed by man or angel. Evil commits the most heinous crimes against the heavenly places. Dark strongholds will fall, and dimensions will die. Victories are sweet, defeats bitter, and selfless acts are cherished at the end of Time.
Author Note:
To date, "Chapter 89: The Unspeakable Crimes Against Drehno-sen" is, without a doubt, the most horrible chapter I have written in any book. For the sake of sounding dramatic, I cannot describe how wrenching it is. It was terrible to write. It is not terrible in terms of explicit content (I do not write such things), but terrible on principal because of the devastation of what is completely pure and innocent. But it serves a purpose, like every chapter. Perhaps you won't find it as wrenching as I did. I simply thought I would extend a courtesy warning to you.
